We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied for any reason — including if your dog simply won't use the product — contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
1-Year Warranty
Every Furrox product is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product tears, punctures or fails under normal use within 12 months of purchase, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Return Shipping
In most cases, you will not need to return the product. We may ask for a photo or short video to assess the issue — this helps us resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been heavily damaged through misuse or intentional harm are not eligible for refund or replacement. Normal wear from dog claws and outdoor use is fully covered under our warranty.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
