At Furrox, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer three shipping options at checkout:

3. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Furrox has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us via our social media channels below. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it promptly.
If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Furrox is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
8. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
